Meet Leah!
Hello and welcome to my little corner of the Internet! I'm a Jewish, non-union actress based in Washington, DC. and a recent Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park. I love theatre that tells stories of humanity. I love theatre that draws us together. Theatre that creates community. Most importantly, theatre that brings us some much-needed happiness. And as an artist and a person, I strive to be that happiness.
In addition to my career as a performer, I work in arts administration & casting at The John F. Kennedy Center (Theatre for Young Audiences Division) and as a Teaching Assistant at Imagination Stage. Additional skills and experience in social media marketing, content creation, and creative/analytical writing. I bring boundless energy, optimism and dedication to any establishment or performance I represent! Excited to meet and work with you.

Performer
My love for the arts began in preschool, when my grandfather would show me his community theatre productions in his basement every time I visited, and we would dance to the music together. Since then, I have performed in an array of productions and educational experiences- ranging from stage to screen...and of course, Zoom. I am an exceptionally dedicated hard worker and actress with pure love of the craft.
Writer/Educator
Additional specialties include creative & analytical writing, content creation/marketing, and editing. Worked as a student contributor for Broadway World (2021-2023) and currently manage The Kennedy Center TYA's page on Instagram (@kennedycentertya) - tripling our follower count since taking over the page back in 2023.

As an educator, I've received my 90-Hour Child Care Certification (Maryland) and have taught at Imagination Stage, Bnai Shalom of Olney, Brooke Grove Elementary School & 1st Stage.
Artistic Administrator
Currently, I work in arts administration as the Casting & Program Assistant at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts - a position I’ve held since my internship concluded in Spring 2023. In addition to assisting the TYA Producing Director in all casting initiatives, I provide daily organizational support, company management, and marketing resources for the Kennedy Center’s touring and in-house youth productions/presentations.
